 HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed through our facility, we cannot change your address.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled as it's already started to be shipped.

But, if you email us within a few hours after placing your order, there is a good chance we can cancel it in time!

If your order was already sent, you can contact us for compensation, a solution, or once your items arrive, you can return it to our facility for a refund. For details, visit our Return Policy.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Due to high volume, some of our shipping carriers are experiencing slight delays. Although this is out of our control, our facilities and staff are operating at full speed.

Orders take 1-4 days to be quality inspected, packaged, and labeled before shipment. Once your items are sent, you will be supplied a tracking number for real time monitoring right to your doorstep.

Domestic Orders will be shipped from either our US warehouse or Private Express Line. Shipping times to all 50 states are 7-15 business days.
